The company was founded by Tracy Holland Gramajo. She has been in the real estate marketing world for over 20 years, but opened her own investment company in 2020 after her husband passed away from cancer at age 46. The sudden change in life lead her down a new path with her three children. While dealing with her own “new chapter”, she found her passion in helping others find there’s too.
